Manager
Your tasks
You are responsible
for the purchasing and procurement of mechanical and electrical components for
PEC’s production facilities in HuZhou. You will:
Manage all supply chain management
functions including purchasing, logistics, warehousing, inventory management
and cost reduction to PEC its production facilities in HuZhou
Manage inventory and establish
controls to ensure PEC business is operating at the highest level of
performance based on key performance Indicators
Set and execute strategies to
develop the reliable and competitive supplier base to provide high quality
materials with best costs.
Find, Select, Audit and Install new
Suppliers.
Actively influence suppliers to
improve quality systems within their operations to reduce risk and cost to our
Business
Implement supplier risk management
and supplier development plans.
Can effectively maintain close
partnerships with engineering and production
Lead local supply chain team and
provide guidance and coaching
Manage the vendor/procurement data in our system
Your skills
Technical Master
or Bachelor
• Proven
experience in a technical purchasing role according to international standards
• Fluent communication
in English and Chinese
• Excellent
analytical and negotiation skills. Strong in organization
