Your task

As the production coordinator, you will run the production (manual
assembly) in PEC‘s workshop.
作为生产协调员，您将在PEC的车间进行生产（手动装配）。
• Continuously supervising a team
of 10-20 production technicians in the workshops to ensure that the production
is on time and meets PEC’s safety and quality standards
•持续监督车间10-20名生产技术人员，确保生产按时进行，并符合PEC的安全和质量标准
You follow up the material flow for the running production orders in our
ERP system
您在我们的ERP系统中跟踪正在运行的生产订单的物料状态
• You communicate with production
engineering on a technical level and report to the production manager
•在技术层面与生产工程部沟通，并向生产经理汇报
• You keep the workshop and tools
clean/in order/safe

We are looking for a strongly motivated professional, meeting the
following requirements:

• Higher degree of education
(minimum Bachelor’s degree)

• Experience in recruitment is an
important plus
•有招聘经验者优先
• Strong
communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin) and English

• Good organizational abilities:
structural and analytical thinking, establishing priorities with respect for
the deadlines

• You have at least 2 years of
experience as a production assistant/production supervisor

• You’re a skilled
trouble-shooter.

experience in assembling processes

• SAP
knowledge is a plus
•有SAP知识者优先
• The
Production Coordinator is required to work 10 hours per day, with compensated
8hr Saturday or Sunday work if needed (ca 10-50% in a year)
